1. Welcome to Executive Advisor Board
Thank you for using the Executive Advisor Board plugin. This guide will help you get started with submitting business proposals and understanding the evaluation process.
The Executive Advisor Board is designed to help you prepare for real-world Board of Directors meetings by simulating how experienced executives think about and evaluate business proposals.
â ī¸ Important: Understanding the Purpose
While this plugin is capable of sophisticated multi-agent simulations of a Board of Directors evaluating business proposals, it is primarily intended as a learning and preparation tool.
This plugin helps business Directors and Managers who do not have Board of Directors exposure learn how to best prepare to interact with a Board of Directors. The feedback you receive will help you understand executive-level thinking and improve your proposals before presenting them to real decision-makers.
â ī¸ Required: AI Terms of Service
Before using this plugin, you must read and fully understand the Terms of Service.
Please review the AI Terms of Service at: https://ainews.cafe/ai-terms-of-service/
By submitting proposals through this plugin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

What Information to Prepare
The evaluation form includes 12 sections covering different aspects of your proposal. You don’t need to complete every field, but having the following information ready will help:
- Proposal Basics: Summary, problem statement, decision needed
- Financial Information: Costs, budget, expected ROI
- Strategic Context: How this aligns with company priorities
- Market Analysis: Customer needs, competitive landscape
- Execution Plan: Timeline, milestones, resources needed
âšī¸ Note: All Fields Are Optional
You can submit a proposal with as little or as much detail as you have available. The AI will work with whatever information you provide, though more complete proposals receive more detailed and actionable feedback.

6. Understanding Your Results
Executive Summary
Once all agents complete their evaluations, you’ll see a consolidated Executive Summary that includes:
- Overall Assessment – A high-level view of the proposal
- Consensus Points – Where all executives agree
- Decision Conflicts – Where executives disagree (these are important!)
- Critical Concerns – The most important issues to address
- Key Recommendations – Specific actions to improve the proposal
đ¸ Screenshot: Executive Summary card showing all sections
Decision Overview
Below the summary, you’ll see a grid showing each executive’s decision:
- Approve – The executive supports moving forward as proposed
- Approve with Modifications – Supportive but has specific changes to request
- Revise and Resubmit – Needs significant changes before approval
- Decline – Does not support the proposal
đĄ Tip: Pay Attention to Conflicts
When executives disagree, it often highlights important tradeoffs or risks. These conflicts are opportunities to strengthen your proposal by addressing multiple perspectives.

â ī¸ Remember: This Is a Learning Tool
The Executive Advisor Board plugin provides valuable insights and helps you think like an executive. However:
- AI feedback is not a substitute for real executive judgment
- Use this to prepare for real Board meetings, not replace them
- Always validate recommendations with human advisors and stakeholders
- Consider company-specific context that AI may not fully understand
